Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 6216 m (20393 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir was founded durring the early 11th century, by Mlelî Fyèqtco. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Mlelî Fyèqtco.
Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir is buildings are speckled and packed arround narrow paverstone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town rests behind a thin stone wall. The wall's design was likly directly copied from a castle's parmiter defences. It's simply that the arcatect made Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir's wall substancialy thinner than a castle's walls. While the towers and gatehouses are adiquite, the obvious cost savings measure of making the walls drasticaly thinner reduces their ability to resist siege weapons greatly. The town's impressive-looking wall could fail at a critical moment in battle, and would likely not even resist a few bandits with improvised siege equipment. Unfortuantly, these budget oriented are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.
Civic Infrastructure
Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir's parks.

Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Large Town. Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir's grid is powered by mana accumulators.
Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir's natural decorations nor waterways.
Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
While Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir has a public leader, the real authority is hidden from outsiders. This ruler may draw their authority from rationales unacceptable to outsiders, they may have cowed the public authority into obedience, or they may have a mutually beneficial private arrangement with the official ruler.
Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.
In Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir during thunderstorms, with each flash of lightning, everyone sees different monsters from the corner of their eyes.

Wæm Jĭǐ Yikvir's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves reenactments to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 2 via oath swearing.
